Text of Complaint by Anushka kumri:

On 15th February I made a request for Order ID # 1224462 69930731140101 black and white self design acrylic midi jumper dress. And next day my order got picked up I checked status on Myntra they put my product in hold because they found that product has not tag and not in good condition so they rejected my product and reshipped to me and told me that this product has not tag and also in not good condition. But I returned the order as it was I got it, the product was in good quality and it has tag also when I got my product back I saw there was no defect the product was in good quality and as well as with tag regarding that I’m uploading some of related pictures of product. I have been calling so many times to customer care and they are just saying sorry mam we can’t do anything. I don’t know why they rejected my order although my product was in good quality.also they are denying to refund me. They close the all raised issue without my consent. I’m running out of words because Myntra States that they won’t disappoint their customers but they just betray me.. please do somthing I need really help.
