I had purchased a new Honda activa 5G model from EVM honda, Vytilla Showroom, Cochin, Kerala in the month of April 2018. Am very sorry to say that the scooter is having starting problem and the vehicle is getting switched off in between when am riding. The scooter is having a starting problem everyday morning. In between the scooter horn was not working.

I had taken the scooter to the EVM showroom for free service two times and also mentioned the service executive about the complaints. On servicing the vehicle the service engineer had told me that the scooter clutch is having some issues and he had rectified the same.  Now I had done two services at the showroom and the last free service I had done two days before  and on my back home from the showroom the scooter got stopped in between two three times.

And from the next day morning onwards the scooter is not getting started as usual and still showing the same old complaints. Am not at all interested to just go behind the complaints and getting it rectified each time. As a customer I had paid full amount for the brand new  vehicle and  the company was not in a position to satisfy the customer. So need an urgent revert/resolution for the issue.

With reference to the  complaint ticket no. 1-50906934088   I received only the complaint registration number reply mail from the company. And am receiving  too many customer care representatives calls to make me understand the company’s resolution process. For a mail compliant sent by the customer I wonder why the company is not giving me a reply mail about the so called company resolution process. 

I need a written communication from your company about the next step to be taken by me as a customer. One thing let me be very clear, am not going to give the scooter for repair anymore and to hold the same scooter. If am to go behind the repairing of scooter why so much money invested by me and purchased a brand new scooter . A second hand vehicle is more than enough then.

So a replacement of the vehicle is my requirement. Nothing less than.

    I Vaisa Dias, Owner of vehicle no
    GA03 AJ 5634 ,Mustard Gold colour Active 5G, states I had given my Bike for its 1st Servicing at AGACCAIM HONDA SERVICE CENTRE.As I had received a call to my 1st bike servicing as the due day to servicing.
    I delivered my bike on the 14th Jan 19 at the said HONDA Servic Centre Agaccaim-Job Card no 17711.
    I informed the Honda staff,I would call him before picking my bike,as My activa keys were with the Honda staff.After repeatedly calls that evening, he did not answer my cal so next morning that is 15th Jan 19 when I went to collect my bike ,I am told my Bike has been missing !!!!!!
    Is this How Honda is ? Wer a bike goes Missing just over an evening? So if i had a bike service for more longer duration I can now, assure that Honda will NOT and NEVER keep it safe..!!??
    I am very upset with this missing case of my STOLLEN BIKE FROM HONDA SHOWROOM,AGACCAIM GOA !!!
    When I spoke to the manager of Honda Servic Centre i was told the bike was parked behind the camera by the Honda staff hence no cctv footage has been captured !!!! ? Why would you park my bike behind the camera to begin with ???
    HONDA !! HOW COULD YOU MAKE SUCH A BIG MISTAKE !!
    I Still have not received my bike nor any information on the same..its been more then 48 hours !!
    No strict compliance has been taken against any staff for the same !
    My Bike is jus 22days old !
    DISGRACEFUL HONDA VERY VERY DISGRACEFUL.
    Is this the service HONDA offers ??
    I need to know what actions and how will HONDA Compensate me for the missing of my Bike from Your service Centre without any delivery of my bike !!
    As a customer I have the right to the security of my bike Once i have given it to the HONDA service Centre for its service.

    1).I Need Payment with full compensation for MY STOLEN BIKE at the cost price ,for lost of My Vehicle at your HONDA authorised Service Centre,AGACCAIM,Goa.

    Or

    2). A NEW HONDA ACTIVA 5G

    AS MY BIKE IS JUST BEEN 22DAYS OLD. AND ITS MISSING BEFORE THE DELIVERY OF MY 1ST SERVICING !

    DISGRACE HONDA !

    I need your revert at the earliest.

    Looking forward you compensate to the fullest and also strict action been taken against Honda staffs.

    Attached is the customer Delivery Copy given by me by Your Honda Staff.

    I am owner of honda activa 5G yellow colour registers number UP 25 CP 8643 purchased from honda SAI centre bareilly UP. I completed three services on due date and forth service last week with new scheme as per direction of manager of SAI honda service centre Bareilly.

    On the day of purchse it had starting problem as well as stop moving after 15 to 20 km running. Thereafter neither starts by kick nor by self.

    Durning service I had explained and requested to managers well as mech staff to get problem solved but all of them told and confirmed that starting as well other problems village not take place in future. But THE PROBLEM IS SAME AS EARLIER. I faced many difficulties while going by this Honda scooty to my office, market and some urgent or emergency work.

    Sir are these directions to honda service centres to tell a lie and misguide to customers?

    Sir, this is my request to instruct SAI honda service centre, philibhit bypass road bareillyUP to remove this fault immediately.
