I suddenly got my display error and I was in a hurry to order by mistake I placed a non-returnable product whereas every display was having 7 days return policy.
I immediately called the customer care explaining them the situation that display is not working I’m at the shop and I want a replacement or refund.
After 2 days I called them again and the denied to replace or return because they asked the seller about the product and they said that the product was fine before delivery.
but I received a defective Product I have the exact packaging and everything in same condition.
