Hi,
I paid for a new airtel broadband connection on 2nd November and have been calling again and again for installation but no one shows up. I had to take paid leaves from my company due to this and is costing me everyday. Now, guy who came for connection has switched off his mobile 8709355955. I am not able to reach out to any Airtel call executive as there are no such options in their IVRs.
That guy gave me another number saying some kind of a senior named Abhinav 7541049792.
He will never pick up calls.
I suspect these are some scamming gang members running in Patna and looting people under hood of Airtel. I want to get cancellation done and get my money back. My address is 506, Sunrise Rukhmini Palace, Magistrate Colony, Ashiana, Rukanpura, Patna 800014.
