I have applied for a new broadband connection through airtel. Your person came on 18 august and filled the form he on his part filled a wrong address. We even paid the advance bill for the connection trusting airtel but we were wrong. Due to wrong address till date nobody came to connect the modem. Now your service providers are asking to refill the form and repay the bill. I literally wanted a connection badly and just now I received a call from customer care that they are cancelling the request. We customers are fools??
