I had ordered “Hitachi 1.5 Ton 3 Star Window AC” on 11 June 2018 from paytm mall app. WHich was offering Rs 3525 paytm cashback and Rs. 2500 cashback on ICICI Bank credit card.
Now it’s been more than 6 MOnths but still i have not received the ICICI Bank cashback. I have raised the issue with PayTM multiple times, for referenced i have mentioned the complaint number in start, but never get a satisfactory response.
I have attached the E-Mail communication with PayTM.
