Neugo bus number MP04PA4212 and host phone number 9027016904 was very rude and also we were waiting at pickup point for 1 hour and every time he was giving wrong information also when I asked to stop at midway as they didn’t stop at pick up also said no
Also customer care were very rude and don’t solve any query
Also when I ask for refund they refuse and also refuse to talk to management
There pick-up was also 1hour late as time mentioned
They charged me around 472rs
They are making fraud also behavior very wrong
