HI, Myself Prasanjit, I’m a vodafone customer through 4 years. But I have noticed its network and speed in 4G or 3G internet is decreasing day by day. While its gave me 15mbps at a time now a days its just reaching to 1.5mbps or below. And i’m facing this issue from almost 1 year. I have registered many complaints against vodafone. The customer care associate always promise me for better services but i did not anything. Vodofone claims it’s the fastest 4G network. Totally false! In fact sometimes when I call someone it takes much times to go the call or to reach or some times it says they are out of area but actually it is not, they were just in 100 meters. Sometimes it says “line is busy” when I call someone but after switching off and switching on the airplane mode its works properly. Yesterday I was watching a series on youtube at 360p resolution and after few minutes it starts buffering continuously.
