I called customer care around 6 in the evening to raise complaint regarding network issue. Executive gave me complaint number on being asked multiple times. He told that I will receive a message with complaint number and disconnected the call without listening to me and haven’t received any message yet.

I had to call again in this regards. Female executive again raised another complaint and said that I will receive complaint number via message and refused to tell me complaint number saying that it is not reflected on their system. She told that this issue will be sorted within 30 minutes and I’ll receive call from concerned team within 24 hours which didn’t sound sensible to me.

She sounded untrained as her response were not making any sense.

Also she disconnected the call without letting me complete myself.

Not sure what kind of customer care it is.
