I have filed complaints regarding network issues several time. But i don’t want to change my sim so i port my connection from prepaid to postpaid. It will cost around 1000 per month for unlimited data. For one month everything is ok but since last month there is single network in my sim due to which network issue were there. I cannot changed the plan before 6 months as i have to pay 3000 Rs as exit fee. But if they are not resolving the issue then why i should pay the price. I trusted them and purchased redex plan but it is worst as compared to my previous prepaid plan.
