From last couple of weeks the network in our area is very poor, the signal bars in the mobile is sometimes 1 or something 0 for that i missed some important calls, yesterday i call customer service but i dont’t know why untrained people are sitting over there he didn’t understanding my issues and when i asked to describe the issue he asked to Transfer the call to the senior and more over disconnecconnect the call, again when i called he informed due to some technical issues the call got disconnecconnect. This is not acceptable
