It’s been 4 month I am disputing for Airtel network at my place. So many emails and phone calls have been sent regarding the network at my place. Explained about the issue and asked them to provide only below 3 things
1. Give proper network/ fix booster OR
2. Don’t charge be the bill until the network service is resolved
IT survey guy Came he did survey and agreed there is major issue at my prime area and assured me fixing a booster at my place – But never turned up
Swati from net team she called and acted like she is not interested, she hunged the phone and never turned up
Aarush Shrivastav, he called me and assured me that within 24 hours booster or bill be waived – he also ran away and never turned up
Sonal Sharma, the great disaster of Airtel. Without knowing my case she called at different number and closed my case. How fake the Airtel can be – However I called back and re-open the dispute.
Now came Garima Babbar, she called me and took more time like a week and then she said the issue will be resolved soon, however we will waive the coming month bill and until issue is resolved all the bills will be waived.
Hundreds of time I had asked to call me before 12.30pm so that I can attend the call. But these people always call me after 12.30 pm knowing that I don’t have access to the phone. My office timing is 1.30pm to 10.30pm and between that I don’t have access to my phone ( locker main rehta hai )
Call dropping, no internet, slow internet, unable to hear, network issues. So these are the people’s I was talking about in my above email.
Recently, my sim was deactivated due to kyc ..hahahaha.. however I have replaced SIM.
