I raise complaint about signal issue, they have created the ticket but with resolving they closed the ticket. I been call to customer care but they are lodging the complaint but no use.
They are not ready to resolve issue but payment we should pay before due date.
hopeless reaction with Manager’s. as if we are not paying the bill and begging to them. We are slave here to beg you guys. without us you are nothing.
most of the people are facing the issue and porting to other network. too much attitude to high level managers of Vodafone Karnataka.
