I am paying my bill online for what I been offered and promised during my contract. But past 6 month my network is very poor . They promised my network around UK good service but in my case iam really disappointed. Iam paying my bills basically not service. Bill generate on time but the service very poor . Past 6 month I was not able to make phone calls most of the time iam not happy to pay my bill for past as the service was not given as I was promised
