Text of Complaint by MITUL ZAVERI:

I am a Vodafone customer from ages with having Corporate account from more than 5 years. Since the time we activated the Corporate account, we have network issue in our office premise and since we were offering to purchase multiple numbers of Vodafone to be used in office, Vodafone offered us to resolve the issue by offering us the booster in our office. The Network worked well with the booster until last month.

In Last month suddenly the network failed completely in our office premise and we immediate sent a written complain to Vodafone.

We are using more than 9 numbers of Vodafone in our office premises and all of them have zero network with our business communication going dead.

Every time we have sent a complain we have received a sms that the complain has been resolved but unfortunately the network issue is still there.

This is our Nth Complain for the Network issue in our office premises.

Kindly refer the attachment , a screen shot of the message received on my phone saying that the issue / complain has been resolved.

Kindly refer to all the emails on the trail mail and you will have the record of all our complains.

The sms of complain resolved are sent even without checking with the us whether we have the network issue resolved.

Has Vodafone checked the network availability on my phone in my office premise or are you just trying to close our complain without responding or solving the issue.

This is our Nth complain from past one month. We have been unable to work in our office premise with absolute zero network and we have to go out of our office premise to make a call.

How long will this go on ? Will you be able to resolve or just keep bluffing that the complain has been resolved.

We are now being forced to bring this matter in to an official complain to public grievience department as we have really been troubled by this bad network.

We are paying the monthly charges for all connections with our having any network on any of the phones.

We are loosing our business on daily basis because of drop in communication and customers unable to reach us during working hours.

This will be our final complain before we switch over to other service provider as voda fone is leased bothered about this corporate connection where we have more than 8 connections just used in this office premises.
