Text of Complaint by Rajeswari:

I bought JIO fiber connection for my home & payment was done on 15th may for 4240.92 which is a 6-month plan. On Sep 9th we faced a network issue which was raised as a complain to JIO but still now no action was taken. I contacted customer care for many times where few told extended validity will be provided & few told the same cannot be provided. My JIO fiber connection was cancelled 3 times without my knowledge & I asked team to not cancel & fix the problem as they mentioned my money cannot be refunded. Again, my connection was cancelled without my knowledge & team is not providing the reason or any solution for the refund or extended validity. Instead asking to handover the fiber setup box. We also approached the JIO office directly but ended without a solution. From Sep 9 to Nov 15, I paid but didn’t get the benefit. I was completely dissatisfied with this JIO service. Kindly take this complaint & provide us the justice.
