6 days ago my network disconnected saying inactive payment not done however i made payment at airtel store. I have proof too. I made many complaints, calls to customer care, visited mini store and main store. None of the vi people helped me. I’m struggling with no network as my business is stuck because of this number. I’m highly disappointed with the service.
