Respected Sir/Madam,

My name is Bhupendra T.  I am using Vodafone SIM from last more then 8 years. My mobile No.9769437670 . I am stay in Borivali suburb of Mumbai (Maharashtra) and frequent travel in so many states of India (for example in Rajashtan, Madhya Pradesh, Chennai, Gujarat ect. ect.) due to my profession and in all this states  I am facing so many network & Data problem in vodafone. Whenever I complaint for my problem on Toll free number its take too long time to connect to your executive and after I connect they promise me that I will not facing any problem next time, But I am facing this type of problems from last six months.

I am sorry to say that after merger with Idea vodafone is not provide proper services nor they satisfy their customers. It seems that Vodafone are not interested in their old customers. So I humbly request you to look into the matter & solve my problem, Otherwise guide me that should I stick in vodafone else I move to other network.
