Text of Complaint by JOYDEEP SARKAR:

I am a post paid consumer of Vodafone mobile service for more than than a decade. For the last few months the Vodafone’s network connectivity in KOLKATA-700129 area has been pathetic to say the least. Calls are disrupted abruptly, net connection are poorest of the poor. I lodged a complaint in this regard through 198. After 72 hours someone from Vodafone has called me up and to my utter shock he said that though they have detected that there is some problem in the tower of my area but they will not be able to solve the problem and I will have to continue with whatever service they are giving. Look at their audacity that in spite of detecting the problem, they will not react to it. Most unprofessional and inefficient approach to say the least. They have given in to Jio and is not concerned about it’s customers at all.
