I am a Vodafone user since 8 years and I was very much. satisfied with their network, but from last five months I am facing a big network issues especially internet connectivity, hence I made complaints several times through their costumer care number. But till date they haven’t found any solution nor they resolve any issue. Every time when I make calls to their customer care they  gave me 4-5 days time and says your problem will be resolved within five days but I don’t know when will be that sixth day when I’ll got better network and their executive stop making false excuses.

I am really fed up with their service now.

Horrible network and worst customer care service.
