The vodafone store in East of Kailash replaced my sim card when I went to convert my connection from postpaid to prepaid. After that, I have complained 1000 times regarding the network, but no action has been taken. When people call me it tells that my number is switched off and only one tower comes out of 5. In spite of complaining so many times, no action has been taken & the customer service is the worst. If this does not get resolved within this week, I will discontinue my services with vodafone & publish this message on social media giving bad feedback.
