Dear Sir,
Regret to inform you,the first time i am coming to this level of escalation after being satisfied customer for 6-7 years of Paytm.
Please refer my complaints against this issue with Paytm.

I had ordered micromax LED TV 43 inches through Paytm order No.5078466775.
which was promised to deliver by 7th May and reached me on 14th May.
which indeed was 1 week delay. for 1 week i had made several calls to Paytm aswell as well as DELHIVERY for delivery.
after so much waiting in customer care que to get support from paytm care executive..
since 14thg may ,no one from micromax visited home.
what i have to do with dummy TV which i am unable to use..
now i dont have confidence in either in Micromax services or with paytm.
i want to return without any option and will buy new TV from other brand through Paytm only.
