Text of Complaint by MONIKA:

1. Products delivered under FN 3123200127 in May 29.

· Superdry – Classic Fuji Hooded Puffer Jacket. Size S

· Superdry – Boston Microfibre Puffer Jacket.

· Superdry – Eden Button Down Shorts.

2. Products were picked up on May 30th.

3. Products were picked with Tags and Photos were taken and updated on the Ajio website.

4. Now, Ajio says after 6months of chasing that product was non-ajio to which I have following queries:

· I asked for photos of the products which you have received in return along with Tags & every things. To which Ajio’s reply is missing.

· I asked for refund in case of non-receiving the products from Ajio. To which again Ajio’s reply is missing.

· I asked to again re-check the products. To Which again Ajio’s reply is missing.

· I asked for he returning the products. To which Ajio has given me the Tracking ID, upon checking the tracking ID no update is available.

· Also, via App, over call, over mail too no update is received.

5. I placed my order with AJIO not ECOM. So, its AJIO’s duty to refund my money or the products.
