Hi, my name is Surya Prabhavathi. I reside in Bengaluru. I have purchased 4 sarees from Mr. Kishan, a Facebook seller from Rajkot, Gujarat. I have made the payment through Paytm to his account ‘ Janal Creationz’ on 28/12/2018. He said he would dispatch on the same day. Till date he didn’t ship the sarees. His number is switched off. I have made a payment of Rs 5200/- (3900+1300). Please help me get my money back.
