I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response from Firebo regarding my returned watch. It has been 5 months since I returned the watch, and I have sent 35 emails seeking a refund or a replacement, but I have received no communication or resolution. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I feel ignored and frustrated.
I’ll never advice anyone to purchase any product from that brand.
