Text of Complaint by Priyanka Nath:

I ordered food on 21st June 2020 from Rang De Basanti Dhaba via swiggy.
When I found that the food did not reach me on time, I tried calling the delivery agent.
He did not pick up.
Tried to contact swiggy and they were available only via chat. On chat whenever I enquired about the order, they said that it will reach in 5-7 minutes (mentioning the time). Later I suddenly found my order in the “cancelled” status. I called the delivery agent named Susanta Chakraborty (6396503262). He reluctantly shrugged that he called me, waited in front of my house for 30 minutes and then cancelled the order, not getting response. But this is a complete lie!! We were at the balcony all the time since the order was placed and no one came. Moreover I did not receive any call to my number. I again contacted swiggy and the executive named Ganesakaran replied that the order is cancelled and I will not get any refund too. The amount is of Rs. 1470!! When I called Rang De Basanti Dhaba just in case they could send me back the food, they said they will not receive the food but it will be swiggy. So what is going on????? Has swiggy come down to this level that they are doing fraudulence against the customers not only with the money but with the food too? I want my complete refund.
