Text of Complaint by Om Parkash:

I visited to the store below

{My Jio Store A 14, 52, 11, DB Gupta Road, Karol Bagh, Delhi, 110005}

There was Service Provider(Riyaan),I asked him to renew a sim which i lost.I presented the police report along with Aadhar card.but, he refused to give the sim saying the today is Sunday , I will renew the same tomorrow(Monday).I requested again and again to give the sim today whether it starts working tomorrow, he denied that also.
He was ready to give me new no at that moment,but was not ready to renew my old no.

I also had a Airtel  sim which I also lost , but I got the sim of that in 5 minutes.

I want strict action against such staff,which exploit customer and their time.
