I have order a cake in Zomato and payed the amount as it was not having cod for order above 500 .but the order was cancelled and the amount was said to be initiated for refund but I have not yet received my refund back any they are not even providing the transaction ID .they said me to wait for 5days and it’s already been a week and still they keep on saying the same and no proper respond from the executive as their keep on saying to check with the bank without transaction id details.
