Hi,
Till last 3 months before i was able to download an invoice copy for recharging my prepaid number. But recently i’m not able to do the same. When i contacted your customer care executive via 121 chargeable helpline number, they didn’t respond to me properly nor they resolved the issue. When other telecom companies are able to provide Invoice copy for the prepaid recharge made, why can’t Airtel do the same.
