Text of Complaint by Poonam:

My electricity bill suddenly shook up from 400 to 5000. It was shocking to me and other also. Firstly some executive changed our meter as they said our meter was defected. And now after that our bill has come of amount 5000. How is it possible. Please do something. We cannot pay this high amount. Actually i also want to know that what new load i have used. Bcz my consumption is same from last year so what is wrong with this bill. My CA no. Is 60010745473
