Text of Complaint by Priyanka:

I ordered 2 Myntra vouchers of Rs. 1100/- each in last week of July 2021 as gifts to my sisters on Rakhi, which was on 22-Aug. While one of them was able to redeem the voucher, the other one complained that the system is showing that the voucher has already been used. When we enquired about it from Myntra customer care, they assured of resolution within 24-48 hours but when there was no response, we again tried to follow up. However, every time the customer care executive took time of 1-2 days but there has been no respite. When we requested for a call back from a superior, even he assured to resolve the issue within 24-48 hours. Finally, they replied over email that the voucher has been used by some random person and they cannot help us any further. When we decided to take the matter more strongly and did not give up, and to our disbelief, the customer care replies that we should approach the crime branch to resolve this as they cannot help us any further. Now, I have nowhere to go and do not know what is the course of action I should take. Please advice or help.
