I ordered Nike shoes from Myntra (ID # 1237583 66162057506103). They sent me shoes from some other cheap brand. The package did not even have shoe box. I suspected that something was wrong and decided to return it without even opening the package. However, the pickup guy opened it in front of me to find that they were different shoes. He refused to pick it up. Ever since then, I have spoken to Myntra customer care for hours, at least 7-8 times. At the end, they closed my query stating that their seller is a trusted one and they sent correct product. When I asked for proof that they sent correct product, they have refused to provide me any proof. I have the proof and witnesses that wrong shoes were delivered to me. Even their pickup agent has accepted that he opened the package that had wrong product in it. I am fed up with Myntra.
