I bought men Nike black court royal 2 next nature sneakers from Myntra online shopping app at rupees 2696 ,Order Number: 1232603-4659207-1839303, seller: Health &Happiness Pvt Ltd

But Myntra send me defective product, inner threads of shoes are opened , i raised return request, but 2 times Myntra rejected my refund request, i also shared images and video to support@myntra.com .
Myntra delivery agent don’t accept product and tell that contact Myntra customer care,but i call customer care they generate only ticket and after 3 days they reject request by giving reason quality check failed, even i return original shoe with original box with bill.
What is big scam by Myntra
Very bad experience by using Myntra platform .
Myntra seeling defective product and can’t return product by telling quality check failed.
