Myntra has delivered a different product to one ordered and has rejected return without checking product or inspecting, stating they are so fail proof that they cannot ship wrong items.
Ordered Maybelline 128 n@de Liquid Foundation and Delivered 128 Clay Foundation SPF.
The item has Hassle free return offer for 15 days and this couldnt be more of a hassle..

I ordered a Nike Men Blue FREE FLYKNIT 3.0 Running Shoes from Myntra on Jan 18, 2022 and got the product delivered on Jan 23, 2022.
After eagerly waiting for 5 days with huge expectations I came to see that I received a wrong product from Myntra, immediately I requested for a return and after several calls to the customer care and sending several message and photos of the wrong product my request for return was declined stating that they had checked everything and the product delivered was 100% genuine and all, but who will understand my situation and what I faced? I have been trying to return this product for so many times but my request is being cancelled, someone kindly help me with this, I really don’t know what to do and how to overcome the situation that I am facing
Hi Bharath, I am facing the same issue. I ordered Fossil watch and they delivered Rs 200 wali watch. After many calls, they are not accepting any call or Complaints. Let me know if you got any solution please. This is really frustrating. ?
