i ordered boots worth 5000 from myntra, size was 6.5, they delivered size 5 and their customer support is of no use.
I desperately needed those shoes for an event and ordered from them with a trust. the same incident has happened in past also which is torturing.
I ended up paying 5000 for nothing. shoes are useless to me. customer support has asked me to wait till the shoes get restocked and after that i can get an exchange, why should i wait for something they have done.
I was ignoring all their mistakes from past few times and this was the height. please help me with this.
They are taking their avid shoppers for granted. that way it is difficult to trust anybody
