I am writing to you to escalate my concerns regarding the photoshoot that was scheduled for [7 ,14,28 jan ] . I have already paid in full for the photoshoot, but the photographer has stopped responding to my calls or emails. The shoot has been rescheduled multiple times for the past 2 months.
I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from the photographer. I have tried to contact them multiple times, but they have not responded. I would like to request a full refund for the photoshoot.
I would appreciate it if you could contact me as soon as possible to resolve this matter.
