I placed an order for Nike Shoes from Myntra in Feb 2023. Upon delivery of the shoes they looked used and not original. I returned the shoes and selected the amount of 4495 rupees to be credited in Myntra credits. Even since then, for every order Myntra disabled my Cash On Delivery and levied 299 rupees shipping charge per order. I was unable to transfer my Myntra credit of 4495 rupees as per Myntra’s policy. Myntra is expiring my credits on Jan 31, 2024. I don’t understand how my money will be reduced to 0 as per wishes of Myntra. I am forced to pay 299 shipping fee and forced to shop from Myntra just to get my 4495 rupees back.
