I booked a watch in myfoxdean.com Order reference: CAVURWTNT. within 5minutes of placing the order, i wanted to cancel it but there is no provision to cancel the order online in their website.
So i called their customer care and requested for cancel, they said OK and updated in the website as cancelled but did not refund the amount of 12,796.
Since the payment gateway was instamojo, i raised a dispute in instamojo website but they are dragging and not taking any action.I am clearly mentioning i need refund. They deliberately dragged it and now they say the product is delivered, but i didnot get any product. request your help in getting my money back. they created a fake bludart id and playing around the same

I raised an dispute in instamojo on Jun8, 2020. but instamojo deliberately supported myfoxdean and gave it enough time but did not consider my request my refund right from the start. instead of processing my refund, it asked for tracking details.
