I was searching for a job on quickr.com few days back, i have applied for many data entry jobs over there. So around 7-8 days back, I received a call for form filling online job, so they told me that i have to fill 700 forms in 7 days and i have to pay registration charges of 4700 which will be deducted from my first salary, i thought its ok if registration fees is going to be deducted from my first salary because atleast i will be not having any fear of fraud if i pay before doing the job. So, i agreed for the job then they told me that, ‘if out of 700 forms 630 forms are totally not correct, i will not be eligible to receive any payment from them + i have to pay the penalty charges of 4700. So, i agreed and after that i received an email stating an agreement between me and the company which is not even signed by me, and then after i thought to complete the work given by them so that i don’t have to pay them, so i completed the given task of 700 forms in and before doing the final submission, i have rechecked every form to see that if there is any mistake or not. While rechecking i corrected the mistake which were done by me and after correction i have did final submission, then next day I got to know that I have failed to fill correctly 630 forms. So, unfortunately i have to pay the penalty of 4, 700 rs as per agreement which i have signed. But i have checked their report on their website (Ffwork.in) they are showing mistake where mistake is not there only and at some places they have altered the data as well. Now they are threatening me by saying that if i do not pay that penalty charges of 4, 700, legal proceedings will be taken against me, case will be filed against me. This is totally fraud, why i should pay if there is no mistake done by me. So, i just request the legal authorities to take action against them please.

To maine yahan pe contact kiya to unhone bola ke mail kijiye maine mail ki to unhone bola ke agar aapko agreement cancel krna h to 4700 pay krne padenge now what should i do maine to work bhi start ni kiya tha

from personal job solution they are also asking me to pay the fine penalty
even i did not started the work
jaise hi pata chala k yeh fraud hai maine call kiya and kaha k please meri registration cancel kardo

everyone dont panic and pay the money the same issue has happened with me because i have paid some amount to them thats the biggest mistake i have done and if u pay money they keep on asking for more and more money so dont respond to their calls or messages just block them and ignore them they are all frauds because everytime they call there are huge spam reports on true caller and u will get messages from so called BR-SMSHLP which is completely fake just block those messages and calls received from them
I am facing the same problem right now. Wo Aerovision international company na naam h shine.com through call aaya tha mene cancellation keliye customer care ko call kiye to wo log rudely baat kiye mujse and bole 5k pay krne otherwise wo log legally jayege and I will get a court notice and baad m muje isse jada pay krna padega bole.
Hi… Same fraud with me also on 15 sep I got a call his no is 8866065501he is saying he is an advocate and said your q. C. Report failed u have to pay 6700 , they given me one hour time after that they said we failed a case against u and total u have to pay now 10000. I’m so afraid and I borrowed some money from relatives and I called the company and said I will pay the amount but I need some time and said I will not pay 10000.for that they said to pay 6900. I paid it after that they said your file is moving to higher authority. After 5 min I got a call and said it is 11 months contract and to cancel the contract I have to pay 15000 otherwise by court I have to pay 7000. What I have to do? Help me I’m so afraid I given my aadhar details to them and they are saying we failed a case against u… And legal notice will send to your address

Just watch law labour adviser , you tube, about data entry fraud, same thing happen to me but I send this video to th at person, after that no reply from them, and I not paid
single rs to them

even am facing same issue. I registered with a company named Novel entry solutions. They approached me through normal msg. Being student and requirement of money, i contacted them and paid 149/- as registration fee. They asked me for details and took my details. I unfortunately gave my pan also. Then they asked for 2050 as company registration fee and said your amount will be refunded with in 2 minutes. So paid 2050. They again asked me 2050 and said due to technical issue, we are unable to refund the amount. so fear of loosing amount, i paid again 2050. They again asked for 2050 saying same reason. Finally i found out that i got cheated with them. So i complained to the local cyber crime department about the issue. They repeatedly msging me about payment and threatening me that they will proceed legally and GST department will call me and collect 8200 as penalty. SO GUYS, DONT GET SCARED, ACCEPT TRUTH YOU LOST AMOUNT YOU PAID (same for me). JUST BLOCK THEM AND REPORT THEM AS SPAM. TAKE SCREENSHOTS AND JUST KEEP IT WITH YOURSELVES. SUPPOSE IF THERE IS REALLY A LEGAL ISSUE, WE WILL HAVE PROOF.
END SUMMERY :- BECAME FOOL IN HANDS OF ONLINE FRAUDSTERS
