I had a service requested to the URBAN Company for water licking from my AC on 01-05-2021 and the technician came on 02-05-2021 at 7:30 PM and unmounted my AC and could not mount it back and he told me that he unable to mount the AC he needs a drill machine and a helper so he will come tomorrow and will fix my AC but after leaving my home he canceled the service request after that I have raised a complaint in Urban Company regarding this and they call me on 03-05-2021 and said that the technician has an accident and will not come for service. I request them to arrange another technician because my AC is hanging on a single bracket and could fall anytime and that would be a disaster or someone could get hurt but they said that they don’t have any technician free and asked me to cancel the service request and place a new one when I refused to cancel because of my AC damaged by the URBAN Company technician and should repair it on the priority basis but they closed my complaint stating that issue is resolved.
Please help me with this, I have two children in my house, and the outside temperature is 40-41 degrees Celsius they are crying all night due to heat and sweat and can’t get to sleep.
