I had purchased puma sports shoes from Amazon india on 4th june.But due to fitting issue I placed return request on 10th June. But still now no one picked my package. Every time their pickup agent cancelled pickup on their own without consulting me. I shared this problem with Amazon customer support for many times every time they assured me about pickup but nothing happened. I sent them emails of product photos as they asked. I just want my refund. I have suffered to much from last one month.
