I got refund from Amazon Rs. 360+399=759. i provided my Paytm saving account number to Amazon and they have transfered my refund in my paytm account no. 9041438261 and provided me reference no. which is HSBCN19067812643 Rs. 360 4 March 2019
HSBCN19067751067 Rs. 399 2 March 2019.
But i have not received any money in my paytm saving account, when i contacted Amazon, they are saying that i should contact Paytm payment bank customer care department and request them to file charge dispute.
But Paytm payment bank saying that they have no information regarding these reference no. which amazon provided HSBCN19067812643 and HSBCN19067751067.
i am also sharing refference number.
Paytm Payment bank is not helping me at all and i am in big trouble, Amazon is saying they can’t do anything without charge dispute refference number.
