I had taken ISD package of 1499 on the 5th of this month and also had taken talktime of 285 bfre leaving india. When i reached paris my net services was not available hence did recharge og 399. After i moved to Switzerland again the net services got deactivated hence did two recharges of 199 and inspite of which the net services were not activated hence did another recharge of 399 and then too the services were not activeted.

1)I want to knw to what is the status of 285 which i did bfre leaving india.

2)what about the two recharges of 199 and 399

I need my money back as it was waste of 1499,285, 199 and 399.plse ho ahead and check my usage.
