My vodafone postpaid plan was automatically changed from Rs 50 to Rs 300 per month. I don’t use any data on this number but they decided to give me 50 GB data even though i have basic phone. When I complained about it they said they can’t do anything as old plan is no more valid.
I am still wondering how they can change my plan to a new one with 6 times more fee
