My phone number has been transferred to postpaid line without my approval even though I had a pre-paid plan which was in use. Now they ask me to pay 23TL and to cancel my plan an extra 80TL on top or the amount I have paid for my pre-paid plan. I am highly frustrated with this unfair trap and I am requesting for this issue to be resolved
