Myself mohnish Kapoor my jio no. Is 8700250318. I have recharged my no. on 17/5/2020 at 12:03 pm with 297+20 pack . It was not mentioned there that it will only work only on jio phone and not on my smart phone. I just saw the recharge amount read the highlighted details and recharged .
Now it is not working on my smart phone ,I requested to jio customerĀ care to change my recharge or suggest some option so that my money don’t get wasted . They told me to mail the issue but they are refusing to do anything. If some recharge will not work on my phone why are they even showing me that recharge ,they have the information of my phone model in that app. If they are showing the recharge atleastĀ they should mention there that it will not work on smart phones. Being an old jio user I expect them to understand the value of money in this time of crisis.
I expect a reversal of money I spent on recharge.
