Sir I recharged my phone with Validity recharge of rs 45, wrongly. As my phone number is already recharged with the bigger pack of 598. When I enquired from the airtel service provider, they show their inefficiency to refund or adjust in the next bill. My question is, when a phone number is already recharged then how the validity can be recharged again on the number, which is already recharged with validity. Please refund my money or standby in my account.
