Respected sir,
My airtel no 9403929077 is showing not registered on from 10th of March 2020.I tried to contact airtel customercare through call and mail to stop billing as I am unable to use sevices.But they Didn’t stop billing. When I requested to nodal officer to resume SIM services ,they suggested me to pay the Bill. I paid the Bill Rd.1200 and send the copy to nodal officer. He suggested to restart mobile but still it showing SIM is not registered on network.
So please give me justice to resume my SIM services and get back my loss of 1200 rupees net.Because I didn’t use the SIM. And I told my problem to airtel through mail.customercare representative contacted me for my pending Bill on my another number but they didn’t accept my complaint.
This is my humble request to you please give me the judgement.
