I have ordered an item in paytm, and it was not good so I returned it. I have ordered this on 22nd October. I gave the bank detais for refund the next day with scanning of passbook. My amount is not refunded yet by paytm. Please help me in getting the refund item. I tried to call their customer care but they didn’t connect me to them. So I request you to help me, and refund my amount.
