Text of Complaint by sesha saila babu:

I had been using the services of Vodafone for the last 7 years by using the CUG of my company M/s. Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd (A Govt. of Gujarat undertaking)
I had approached your Vodafone Khammam outlet to transfer the Sim on my name with all the relevant documents and submitted them at Vodafone Khammam outlet on 22 Sep 2018. Since then, I have visited that outlet for more than 7 times and also raised the same matter over to your customer care number (for over 5 times). However, the case is not resolved till date (its been over 40 days now).
Today’s visit to vodafone khammam store has brought me much dissatisfaction as I was told by Store Supervisor Mr. Maqsud Ali that the “Matter is being solved and will take some time…..citing no valid reason”. This is really disgusting and very disturbing as today’s telecom agencies provide the services in couple of minutes especially Airtel, Jio.
I request your intervention in this regard and take necessary actions to resolve the issue on Urgent basis.
